Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer & Small Business Loan Processor II (Remote - WA, ID, OR, CA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage loan files from approval through closing, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare and review loan documents for Consumer and Small Business loans
  • Communicate with lenders, underwriters, and customers to resolve discrepancies and gather missing items
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • 4 or more years of experience in consumer or real estate lending or servicing
  • Working knowledge of consumer and small business lending products
  • Intermediate proficiency in lending systems (e.g., nCino, Jack Henry)
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and loan policies
