A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative to manage and resolve patient accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve uncollected account balances by contacting third-party payors and patients
• Document account activities and maintain productivity goals while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Assist with special projects and escalate payment delays or issues to management as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Revenue Cycle and patient account management
• Basic knowledge of Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid insurance
• Ability to navigate various patient accounting applications and payer websites
• Experience in documenting account status and actions taken
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
