Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent roles, particularly in clinical hiring
• Experience from either agency or in-house talent acquisition
• Ability to work independently as the sole Talent Partner in the region
• Experience in conducting interviews and screening candidates at various levels
• Strong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to engaging top talent
