Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Systems Advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute advocacy strategies to promote skills-based hiring
  • Influence policymakers and decision-makers to adopt equitable hiring practices
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and advocacy partners
Required Qualifications
  • 6 years experience in advocacy or policy analysis & development, especially with a systems change focus
  • 6 years experience in research and data interpretation
  • 6 years demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers
  • 6 years experience in stakeholder mapping and engagement
  • Knowledge of talent systems and hiring practices is preferred
