A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation programs aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation or HR with strong knowledge of compensation principles
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
  • Certification in compensation (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)) preferred
  • Excellent skill with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
