Senior Corporate Recruiter
About the Role
As Senior Corporate Recruiter at sweetgreen, you will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy for our sweetgreen Support Center (sgSC) roles. In this key position, you'll combine data-driven decision-making with innovative recruiting approaches to attract and secure top talent for sweetgreen's corporate functions. Reporting to the Director, People Experience, you will be based in our LA / West Adams office
You will Own:
Full-Cycle Recruiting Excellence
- Own full-cycle recruiting for all Support Center (Corporate) roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation
- Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide consultative hiring guidance
- Design and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage complex, senior-level searches with multiple stakeholders
Process & Analytics
- Leverage recruiting metrics and analytics to optimize your hiring process and outcomes
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality
- Monitor pipeline health and proactively address potential gaps
Strategic Initiatives
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical corporate functions
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen our corporate hiring efforts
- Utilize and provide feedback on new recruitment technologies and assessment tools
- Develop creative sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill roles
Desired traits & experience:
Required Experience
- 6+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
- Track record of successfully closing senior-level corporate hires
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or consumer-facing industry recruiting
- Demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments
- Strong track record of partnering with senior leadership
