We are seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our team.

The impact you'll have in this role:

In this role you will proactively advise and support our Go-To-Market Team (New Business, Marketing & Partner Success) on all People-related topics. With your experience, you will seamlessly switch between strategic, tactical, and operational tasks, acting as a thought partner to our Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager North America. You will align our employee experience strategy with FeedbackFruits' business goals by deeply understanding the company's objectives, strategies, and challenges.

To support our fast growth, you will help the Go-To-Market (GTM) team build high-performing teams ready for the future. You will partner with GTM leadership to understand individual and team development needs and provide guidance on addressing them.

You work closely together with the Head of People, People & Culture Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist and People & Culture Business Partner for Product.

About the job

Strategic Partnership and Advisory (50%):

  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to our GTM leadership team, providing insights, guidance and solutions on organizational design, leadership effectiveness and employee engagement strategies.

  • Drive performance and talent management processes, including conducting regular check-ins and facilitating bi-annual reviews with employees.

  • Provide insightful data analysis to guide decision-making processes related to people and culture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with, and challenge, our GTM leadership team to develop and implement People strategies that support the organization's strategic initiatives.

  • Provide People guidance and support to people managers to help achieve departmental and business objectives.

Program Design and Implementation (40%):

  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of people programs, including organizational design, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment and learning & development.

  • Drive people-related projects- and initiatives autonomously, implementing proactive solutions aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

  • Ensure that organizational structure and processes are optimized to support business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

People Operations and Support (10%):

  • Provide support with various people operations tasks such as talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and sick leave management.

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and facilitating effective communication channels.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Must-have skills

Scaleups can provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but can also be a hectic environment at times. You must fit in such a climate and don’t mind constantly implementing changes and process improvements, and to go the extra mile on a regular basis and feel comfortable with some uncertainty.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and high energy personality with a ‘can-do mentality’. You have a proven track record in People project management, you are a solid discussion partner for team leads and employees on all topics from hiring to retiring, you have excellent active listening skills and work effectively in a team-oriented and changing environment. Furthermore, you have:

  • 5-7 years’ work experience as an People Business Partner in a scale-up environment;

  • Understanding of Dutch Labor Law;

  • 32 – 40 hours availability per week, able to work from our office location in Amsterdam for 2-3 days per week during regular business hours;

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
