Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer 4 to join their operational support team and ensure application stability during a transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve new support cases while ensuring timely completion of outstanding cases
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency through meetings and training sessions
• Support ongoing projects and maintain smooth day-to-day operations during resource transitions

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with Dynamics GP and related applications
• 5-7 years of customer service experience, preferably with an accounting background
• 5-7 years of experience with SQL and a foundational understanding of its basics
• A degree in Accounting or Business is required
• Experience with Microsoft support tools is a strong plus
