Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer (LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with Customer Success and Engineering to resolve customer issues
• Triage incoming support tickets and handle non-bug tasks independently
• Investigate UI inconsistencies and write custom SQL queries for reports and data exports

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a Rails codebase
• Strong SQL skills for writing and optimizing queries
• Experience working closely with Customer Success or Support teams
• Familiarity with authentication systems (SAML, OAuth)
• A proactive mindset focused on issue prevention
