Event Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Event Programmer to support clients in event management needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and input accurate data into the Ticketmaster Host system
• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements while resolving event-related errors
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal departments to create and distribute event information

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Box Office experience is a plus
• Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
