Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Retention Representative to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from policyholders intending to cancel their insurance and assist them in understanding the importance of maintaining their coverage
  • Make outbound calls to collect delinquent premium payments and resell policy benefits
  • Record policyholder information for reporting and transactional purposes while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
