Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Representative II to join their team in a long-term contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Address escalated employee relations and payroll inquiries by interpreting company policies and guidelines
• Support and enhance HR Shared Services processes, including identifying and implementing improvements
• Maintain and update department databases to improve resolution rates and team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources roles
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures
• Familiarity with payroll and tax-related processes
• Experience with database management and maintaining accurate records
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime
