Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Outsourced Accounting in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote accounting team and provide advisory services to clients regarding financial statements
• Serve as the primary contact for real estate investment client engagements and maintain relationships with private equity and joint venture investors
• Calculate investor returns, advise on cash flow and debt structure, and mentor direct reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• 8+ years of full cycle accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and accounting software
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
