Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to manage financial transactions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record all transactions to the ledger in Quickbooks Online
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare and submit annual and quarterly taxes to relevant authorities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience (preferred)
• Competency in preparing local, state, and federal taxes
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
• Experience with a startup (preferred)
