Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time US Multi-Client Controller, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up services for new clients and coordinate a team of bookkeepers
• Supervise and support ongoing bookkeeping services for assigned clients
• Explore opportunities for specialized roles or additional responsibilities within the company

Required Qualifications

• Experience in accounting for multiple companies, preferably in a bookkeeping firm
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks; familiarity with multiple clients is ideal
• Degree in accounting or a related field preferred, CPA or ProAdvisor certification is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities and a friendly, positive demeanor
