Assist in the creation, monitoring, and assessment of financial plans, including revenue analysis and expense management
Oversee the administration of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Prepare and manage financial reports for senior management and the board, including variance analysis and cash flow projections
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in Accounting/Finance required; advanced degree preferred
CPA designation preferred
Minimum of 4 years of Controller/Finance Director level experience in a nonprofit organization
Experience in federal funding and reporting, specifically with 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management software; experience with QuickBooks preferred
