Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, monitoring, and assessment of financial plans, including revenue analysis and expense management
• Oversee the administration of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Prepare and manage financial reports for senior management and the board, including variance analysis and cash flow projections

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting/Finance required; advanced degree preferred
• CPA designation preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of Controller/Finance Director level experience in a nonprofit organization
• Experience in federal funding and reporting, specifically with 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management software; experience with QuickBooks preferred
