Specialty Scope Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Scope Coordinator to recruit and onboard specialty independent contractors for property preservation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify independent contractor leads for specialty services
• Onboard independent contractors into the vendor network, managing the process from inquiry to active status
• Assign orders to contractors and manage the team queue for timely order completion

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in contractor/vendor recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in construction or property preservation
• Experience in sourcing and building relationships with specialty contractors
• High School diploma or GED required; some relevant college preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and adaptability to multiple software applications
• Basic understanding of construction estimating is a plus
