Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in solar customer service operations
• 3+ years of experience in New Homes sales operations leading large teams
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
