Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Sales Agent - BPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients regarding Aetna's Medicare plans
• Explain Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment processes to clients
• Understand clients' unique needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining accurate records of interactions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
• Valid Resident State Health Insurance license
• Continuing Education (CEs) up to date
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and multiple CRM software systems
