Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Molecular Diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
• Engage with clients directly to nurture potential sales opportunities and maintain relationships
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share in specialty practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• At least 6 years of proven success in outbound sales, particularly with specialty physician practices
• Established relationships with specialty physician practices
• Familiarity with the clinical laboratory industry is advantageous
• Understanding of molecular diagnostics and infectious disease testing is preferred
