General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to join our team at SheCodes. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and operational expert who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency across the organization, and collaborating with the CEO to achieve SheCodes’ growth goals.

As General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team culture. You will oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and align all departments toward achieving the company’s vision.

Responsibilities
