General Manager at SheCodes

We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to join our team at SheCodes. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and operational expert who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency across the organization, and collaborating with the CEO to achieve SheCodes’ growth goals.

With a global presence and hundreds of thousands of students, SheCodes is expanding rapidly while continuing to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

As General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team culture. You will oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and align all departments toward achieving the company’s vision.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute key business strategies and operational plans.
