Our CEO, Ryan Brazzell, is a seasoned founder who has scaled and led several companies to remarkable success, growing his first company to eight figures. He has dedicated the last five years building a world class team at Assistant Launch to help Founders ‘Bend Time’ and do more of what they love to do by leveraging EA’s. For the past two years, he has led the Boundless AI Mastermind, a mastermind for founders to grow their AI skills, share what they’re building, and stay head of the AI Landscape. He regularly speaks on stages about A.I., Systems, and Buying Back Your Time.

As Executive Assistant to our CEO, you'll own both business and personal executive support, with personal affairs management comprising 30% of your role. Your mission is simple: enable our CEO to focus solely on high-value activities by masterfully owning & managing their calendar, email, travel, research needs, and acting as the primary buffer between the CEO and the outside world. This role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience who can thrive in a remote environment while maintaining exceptional organizational and communication standards.
