Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the Hacker Success function, aligning with company goals
• Manage and mentor a global team of Hacker Success Managers to deliver impactful community experiences
• Advocate for the hacker community internally and externally, presenting at industry events and collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer service or community experience, ideally within the security industry
• Experience in defining departmental strategy and metric-driven delivery models
• Ability to lead and scale a team effectively
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Deep understanding of the needs of the hacker community
