Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success & Growth Manager to enhance client experience and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communications and onboarding of clients in APAC
• Anticipate client issues and partner with internal teams for successful implementations
• Support business development by identifying and qualifying new leads across the region

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client success and business development in a B2B technology company
• Experience with SaaS or self-service platforms is highly valued
• Experience working with asset managers or institutional investors is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Comfortable conducting discovery calls and product demos
