Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator who will manage customer supplier lists and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain detailed records of customers' supplier/vendor lists and update supplier data
• Compile, verify, and sort information for software platform import and review data for errors
• Import data to the platform and CRM, send templated emails, and comply with data integrity policies

Required Qualifications

• Data entry work experience preferred
• Proficiency in data management tools like Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM technologies is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Interest in retail supply chains and ESG reporting
