Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to address customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle approximately 50-60 calls and 50-60 emails daily
  • Assist members with registration, purchases, gym membership enrollment, cancellations, refunds, and technical support issues
  • Monitor customer support trends and escalate issues requiring IT support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of two years' experience in product or customer support
  • Interest in wellness or fitness, with prior experience in corporate wellness desired
  • Highly organized individual with previous customer service experience
