Acts as Systems Administrator for HR technology, enhancing system functionality and addressing issues
Partners with stakeholders to define needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement initiatives
Develops and manages business process designs, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, computer sciences, or related field
Minimum of 6+ years of progressively responsible HRIS experience
Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and complex reporting tools
Experience with Workday Ecosystems and Payroll configurations
Prior experience with GL/Finance and EIBs preferred
