Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Analyst to manage complex claims in the Leave Management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and determine claim payments accurately and timely
  • Mentor and support claims analysts/specialists while leading claim Roundtable discussions
  • Manage assigned work queues within defined service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in FMLA or unpaid leave claims management
  • 2-3 years of experience in Short Term disability or paid leave claims management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
