Remote Operations Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Representative, remote EST only.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor processes for outreach and engagement of patients in the Caption Care service
• Contribute to activities within the broader operations team
• Support operations to outline needs and make recommendations regarding scheduling/call center requirements and features

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 3-5 years experience in a healthcare delivery support role
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software
• Ability to work independently
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
