Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Service Coordinator to manage referral processes and ensure timely delivery of homecare and medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming requests for homecare, DME/supplies, and pharmacy/infusion services
• Verify benefits coverage and eligibility for services, ensuring compliance with Health Plan contracts
• Educate members and providers on medical benefits, referral status, and prior authorizations

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare, DME, or medical industry
• Less than 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance
• Passion for improving consumer experiences
