Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Neurodiversity service offering, including strategy and day-to-day operations
• Establish and monitor performance targets and lead initiatives to improve metrics that fall below expectations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience with 3+ years in operational leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
• Experience in building new teams or programs with significant organizational impact
• Proven ability to design and implement performance metrics and operational models
• Exceptional analytical skills for monitoring and reporting on KPIs
• Collaborative leadership experience across clinical, marketing, and executive teams
