Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Joint Use Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a diverse team, setting performance metrics and fostering collaboration
• Oversee maintenance and development of joint use infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards
• Manage the lifecycle of joint use work orders and develop strategies for proactive permitting and cost recovery

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of three years' experience in joint use or Outside Plant (OSP) construction
• At least one year of experience leading teams or contractors
• Working knowledge of National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) standards
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
