Job Summary

A company is looking for a Secretary II to provide secretarial and administrative support in the Call Center Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete internal paperwork and typing assignments with high accuracy
  • Maintain an organized filing system and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Act as a liaison between the office and other departments
Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited secretarial studies program plus three years of full-time secretarial experience
  • Additional year of experience may substitute for the secretarial program
  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft and procurement policies is preferred
  • Ability to work in a moderate noise office environment and manage physical demands of the position
