Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect patients with care through primarily outbound calls and occasional inbound call management
• Assist callers with inquiries related to appointment scheduling, medical records, and community resources
• Document calls and actions taken within core systems and assign tasks to clinic staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of healthcare experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
• Experience with health insurance and scheduling
• Ability to solve moderately complex problems independently
