Unser Kundenservice wird sowohl durch externe Dienstleister als auch durch unsere Inhouse-Teams bereitgestellt. Diese Position konzentriert sich auf den Tier 1 Support innerhalb unseres Inhouse-Service, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf dem Bereich Account Service. Hierzu gehören komplexe Aufgaben wie der Zahlungsverkehr, Adressänderungen und Kontoeröffnungen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du beantwortest Anfragen unserer Kundschaft rund um unsere App oder zu Depotführung und Zahlungsverkehr per Telefon, Email und Chat
  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen eigenständig und findest Lösungen zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kundschaft. Bei Bedarf stimmst Du dich mit anderen Fachbereichen ab oder leitest Anfragen an unseren Tier 2 Support weiter
  • Du erkennst Verbesserungspotentiale und unterstützt proaktiv bei der stetigen Verbesserung unseres Services
  • Du hast Freude daran, Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und dich über unsere Produkte weiterzubilden

→  Diese Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet

Qualifikationen

  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt - wir freuen uns ebenfalls über Quereinsteiger:innen
  • Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit stehen für dich an erster Stelle
  • Du kommunizierst positiv und denkst lösungsorientiert
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) - sowie gute (mind. B2) Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
