Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
• Identifies solutions to billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
• Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer accounts within established limits

Required Qualifications

• Experience in billing or customer service roles
• Knowledge of billing processes and resolution strategies
• Ability to negotiate and authorize settlements
• Strong analytical skills for investigating billing issues
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field is a plus
