Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide accurate insurance advice while making decisions with minimal assistance
• Process policy changes, billing adjustments, and provide quotes while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on personal lines P&C products and collaborate with sales teams for additional coverage opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license or Personal Lines Producer License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to interpret and verify insurance coverages and data
• Experience with processing policy transactions and handling customer inquiries
• High school diploma or equivalent education level
