Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales leadership and stakeholders to develop resource plans and performance metrics
• Create and manage operational processes, including territory planning and target setting
• Provide insights on key performance metrics and support the annual planning process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales analysis or operations, or related fields such as investment banking or management consulting
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex business problems
• Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Excel, and BI Visualization tools like Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to support high-performing teams and foster collaboration
• Proven experience in presenting complex concepts to senior leadership
