A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new 3rd-party partners aligned with go-to-market priorities
• Drive qualified lead generation from partners and collaborate with Sales leadership on high-ROI partnerships
• Launch and manage co-branded marketing campaigns and ensure partner engagement in key events

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or cannabis tech, focusing on partnerships or business development
• Experience launching and scaling referral or channel programs that drive lead volume
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
• Familiarity with the cannabis retail ecosystem and associated software/services
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a high emotional intelligence
