Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flight Plan Architect, also known as VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Flight Plan Advisors focused on customer-first service
• Act as a coach and mentor to develop team members and take on key accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to create value-driven conversations and track relevant metrics

Required Qualifications

• Experience in complex B2B software sales in healthcare or related industries
• Understanding of healthcare decision-making processes across various roles
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a culture of trust and improvement
• Empathetic leadership style with a focus on solving the right problems
• Experience with PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging platforms is a plus
