A company is looking for a Freight Broker (Sales Account Manager) to work remotely and manage a book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers and negotiate rates based on market conditions
• Acquire new customers and carriers while building and maximizing a book of business
• Provide operational support and access to logistics assets to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for full range support in business development
• Experience using CRM and TMS systems (e.g., McLeod)
• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
• Strong ethical standards and a high moral compass
