Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sales Director to drive new business and shape success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by self-sourcing and qualifying enterprise opportunities in targeted industries
• Lead consultative sales cycles to close seven-figure SaaS deals by aligning solutions with client needs
• Engage senior leaders and maintain a strong pipeline while collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate deal cycles

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals exceeding $1M
• Experience in ESP, Personalization, CDP, or adjacent MarTech industries is preferred
• Deep network within B2C organizations, engaging executives in digital and customer experience roles
• Strategic and consultative sales mindset with a technical selling approach
• Highly disciplined and self-motivated, with a strong ability to generate opportunities and exceed quotas
