Job Description

We are seeking an Influencer Affiliate/Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in the iGaming niche. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including the audience, platforms, social media channels, and formats that engage local players.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Identify and collaborate with high quality key influencers on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Instagram, analyze statistics of the campaign effect
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and analyze data to optimize activation and content strategies
  • Manage communications with influencers, provide necessary creatives, or brief the design team for creative needs
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with influencers on a different basis
  • Source and conduct outreach to relevant influencers on a large scale.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is must have
  • English is Upper-Intermediate and above
  • Experience in networking with local affiliates, influencers, bloggers, and streamers
  • Experience with revenue share models is essential, and familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends in the iGaming market, particularly in the Indonesian context.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and design.
