Role Overview


The PDI-Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of marketing campaigns and optimizing marketing processes within the organization. This individual manages marketing technology platforms, supports campaign execution, and tracks key performance metrics to drive decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the specialist helps streamline workflows, manage databases, and troubleshoot system issues to improve operational efficiency. They assist in reporting and organizing content assets to ensure marketing activities align with broader business objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve marketing technology platforms, including email marketing and customer relationship systems.
  • Ensure smooth operations of marketing platforms and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and report marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and support decision-making.
  • Support the execution of marketing communications campaigns across multiple media channels.
  • Assist in project management to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain content assets to facilitate efficient campaign execution.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7–12 months of experience with straightforward procedures or systems.
  • Intermediate verbal communication for presentations and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in data management for collecting and analyzing marketing metrics.
  • Ability to adapt and solve problems using an innovative mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and market analysis.
  • Basic understanding of policy and procedure monitoring.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior exposure to marketing platforms, project management, or data reporting tools is preferred
  • Experience in Marketo and Salesforce preferred
