We are looking for a highly creative and detail-driven Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design and copywriting skills with a flair for organization, a deep understanding of American English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves crafting impactful content for organic and paid campaigns, managing brand assets, and supporting the marketing team with key projects and streamlined processes.

Your role will be critical in upholding IM8’s premium brand identity while enabling the wider team to execute flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop captivating content for organic and paid social media (static images, videos, and copy) that drives engagement and aligns with IM8’s brand identity.
  • Create high-quality visuals, including infographics, icons, diagrams, and other creative assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Produce engaging video content, including scripting, editing, and incorporating voiceovers and background music, while managing usage rights effectively.
  • Craft persuasive, error-free copy for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, leveraging the nuances of American English.
  • Maintain and optimize IM8’s library of brand assets and documents, ensuring accessibility, consistency, and up-to-date materials for the team.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows, automate tasks, generate inspiration, and provide high-quality outputs in content creation and reporting.
  • Track and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Assist the marketing team and broader IM8 team with critical projects, campaign rollouts, and administrative tasks that drive team success.
  • Implement tools and workflows that enhance efficiency, ensuring deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: 3+ years in content creation, design, and copywriting, ideally within health, wellness, or consumer brands.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, content management systems, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Language Expertise: Exceptional command of American English, with the ability to adapt tone and style across platforms.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Proven experience in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and similar platforms, with an understanding of best practices for engagement.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision-driven approach to ensure content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Creative Vision: A strong sense of visual design and a knack for generating fresh, impactful ideas.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage brand assets and team documentation effectively.
  • Adaptability: Thrives under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment.
