Key Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas, including executive leadership hiring
• Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
• Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity
• Prior experience in a fast-growth startup environment, particularly in product management or design
• Proven success in high-velocity, output-driven settings
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
