Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes for employee experience
• Manage the performance management process, including goal-setting and reviews
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records within HRIS

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in a SaaS or tech company
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations across the U.S
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
• Expertise in Leaves of Absence
• Experience as a power user/admin within UKG
