VMware Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VMWare Analyst to engineer, implement, and support virtualization infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, install, and maintain server hardware and ESXi operating system
• Provide second-level support to other areas within and outside of IT
• Follow standard processes for hardware, software, project completion, and problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science or MIS, or equivalent work experience
• Strong experience with server hardware platforms and VMware solutions
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
• Ability to support Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Experience with scripting for automation using PowerCLI is a plus
