Senior Director of IAM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global identity and access management architecture and related services
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service while improving support processes
• Lead and develop a globally deployed IAM team, ensuring compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field; Master's preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical service-related field, including 7+ years in a management role
• 5-7 years of experience with enterprise IDM products and IAM solutions for large organizations
• Experience with Risk Management and Information Security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001
• Solid technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences
